What is the Pre-Management Internship at MBS?

  • It is a 2–3 month paid internship offered to all selected students before PGDM classes start.

  • The internship is conducted within the Muthoot Group, a leading Indian business conglomerate.

  • You’ll work directly under senior leadership, on real business tasks.

What stipend will I receive during the internship?

  • You will receive ₹25,000/month as stipend.

  • Duration: May to August 2025

  • Total possible earning: ₹75,000 before classes begin

What is the Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) and how does it work?

  • Based on your internship performance, you will receive a PPO with ₹9 LPA minimum CTC

  • You enter the PGDM program with a job already secured

  • This is a guaranteed offer, subject to basic professional conduct and successful internship completion

What happens if I don’t receive the PPO?

If you do not receive a PPO:

  • You can continue in the PGDM program and sit for final placements

  • Or you may choose to withdraw (note: the registration fee is non-refundable)
